If present rate explosion of knowledge continues the teachers (ICT- illiterate) will find themselves obsolete within a short span of time .They will have to face the challenges of electronic media and information technology .The future students will demand only teachjers who can help them in the process of teaching and learning through ICT Hence for the challenging future of tommarrow there is the need for empowerd dynamic and technological skillled teachers .this in twin proves to be a concern for teacher education programmes.
